Suggestion Player Ended Players killstreak message

Just an idea that came to my head I think it would be cool after a guy gets like a 5 streak or higher and then dies to a player it broadcasts a message like Player Shut Down Players killstreak or some other messages. It can be easily coded and it would be a fun thing to add

I think a good title might be [Rightous] because they are killing those that have been killing others.
or maybe even add a ranking system
[Deputy] end enough killstreaks to avenge 40 people, ie. end a 20 killstreak, a 5 killstreak, and a 15 killstreak=40
[Sheriff] end enough killstreaks to avenge 65 people, ie. 20, 15, 5, 5, 10, 10=65
[Rightous] end enought killstreaks to avenge 100 people ie. 45, 30, 20, 5= 100
something like that

Those sound like Karma titles, not killstreak ending titles :L
