Piggifying in Non-Pvp

I would like to add Disarm can also be used in No-Pvp areas.
Some skills can be used but they all do no damage, skills like "summonFood". " SummonArrow" should be legal skills to be used in no-pvp as well as heal/pray/bandage from a past post (can't find it).
