Bug Piggify Not Working

I was casting skills and I noticed when I piggifed, the target did not appear on a pig or move. I was just wondering if this will be fixed soon or if it is a known bug already. Thanks.

*UPDATE*

So, piggify seems to just not work in spawn it seems. It works in other places though. Is there any reason why this is?

Sharp piggified me and I got teleported up one block, looked down and did not see a pig. This lasted about 0.5 seconds, whereafter I got pushed back around ten blocks. I strongly believe that this was not intended.
