What is the success rate of this skill? I've used it like 30 times on the same person now and it has always failed. Do specific conditions need to be met to actually make the skill do something besides take up a bind item?

I remember when I had pickpocket on the test map, I would do it over 100 times to one person, and not get anything, and then I would get it within the first 10 times on somebody else, every time. Funny stuff :D

Pickpocket will not be able to steal things off the hotbar or that somebody is wearing (armor).

If they have nothing else in their main inventory, you wont be able to steal anything.
