Reason for ban: "Your Ip has been banned"
Your story: I was on vacation for a week with family friends, figured I would see what's up with HC (Ranger rework woot!) instead of playing board games at night. Just got back to home, I can no longer access forums from my phone.
I can only assume it is:
A) because of the mobility of the account over the past few days
or B) Staff decided to ban mobile phones from forums
