Bug Philosopher malfunction?

My town recently built a philosopher, which is the collector for Soul glass. According to the wiki, I should be getting 100 soul glass a day. However, soul glass comes in the form of a filled water bottle that doesn't stack, and the collector only produced 20.

I am wondering if this is a bug, and if I should be expecting 100 soul glass because the items are supposed to be in stacks of 5. This is my first collector so I am not sure what I should be expecting, but it seems the factory isn't refining the goods. I think this is because I only have 20 soul glass, but like I said earlier the collector only made 20 and these goods don't stack so I cannot possibly fit 100 soul glass in the region chest.


edit: I was told I only need 10 soul glass for one potion. Still I have 20 soul glass in the refiner chest ofr over an hour and still no potion

edit 2: a possible problem could be a lack of power power: 800(+140)/800. I'll add power structures.

From what I can see in the configs, the descriptions for the soul shard regions - particularly collectors - may well be wrong. It looks like:

• Collectors appear to produce 20 of a product, not 100 (the description currently says 200), and this is every 2.4 hours (not 24, still checking on this).
• Factories refine 10 to produce 1, every 14 seconds.
• Shops sell 10 to the server for 500 souls, once a day.

@xMJay do you have anything further to add to this please? (Apart from Indar being at a standstill, but see my convo suggestions for that, please.)
