Bug Philosopher bug report #2

The philosopher is producing an item that isn't being refined by a factory. PE number 1799 said the problem was fixed, but last night I got the same item.

I'm curious whether this was because of Indar's problems with ticking over (which started about the date of this post) or with the region not taking the item for refining.

Any comments?
