Bug People still allowed to use flint under 10

Using flint and steel under level 10 is, unless I missed something in the last 24 hours, allowed, and is Kain's way of letting people under level 10 protect their stuff.

EDIT: I also believe Kain made it so non-donors can use flint and steel for this purpose.

No. he set it so people under level 10 crafter cant use it. but ppl with donor and are under level 10 and abusing the fact that donors can use it.

Kekosawr needs to be punished since he knows the rules and i can give a screenshot of him saying he's gunan get away with this.
