The issue I have is I warned you numerous times over this. Told you it was legal and you kept spamming. How will I know you will refrain from it in the future?

Because he did it a block out of spawn, and killed me no matter which way I tried to leave. I usually do not spam and go against it. I believed that he was doing it illegally and he should be punished. That is the only reason I was spamming, not for fun, but to get attention.

You do not get to make the rules on the server. What he was doing is legal, although a jerk move.

You would know by what i did before you muted me. I barely talked,and only asked questions when I couldn't figure it out myself. You could test by un-muting me and you would see that i would only ask stupid questions like a noob. If I don't then you can ban me.

I will remove the mute this time, but you will refrain from spamming when you are told not to. You will also refrain from arguing over the rules in game.
