Moved Starting Skills to Level 10.
Moved Mark/Recall to level 20
Casters/Healers stayed the same.
Mining EXP: Increased several nodes exp, DiamondOre=50, Goldore=30
Restricted the ability to place GoldOre, hence the bump of exp.

Updated LWC to 2.31
Updated ChestShop to Dev8
Heroes: Parties!
Party PVP mode will be Default as OFF
Party Sharing EXP is now in - it will be divided within 50R range
Added 10% bonus experience per party member (not including yourself).
Party chat is now colored and the leader is in YELLOW
When leaving a party as leader, you will pass leadership to the next in-line
Crafting Exploit patched.
