*Shears are now usable by Level 30 Crafters+
*Pistons are still restricted/disabled due to the duping exploit
*Smiths can now repair Shears at level 50 (soon to be level 25)
*Clerics can now use Bandage again
*Tweaked bandage healing to do 5 to 4
*Syphon now heals a bit more and has a 15R range
*Set range of Local (/l) to 20R
*Created the Shout channel (/shout) set it to 100R
*Fixed Replenish and Bolt not giving exp
*Pray now works on others!
*Fixed the message for revive and fixed teleport
*Party PVP disabled
