*Added weather effects and lighting abilities - prepping for Heroes (Possible Druid / Wizard skill)
*Adjusted various settings for plugins to function more correctly
*LWC-dev is now installed with the ability to use LISTS
*Use /cprivate L:listname - to protection LWC's with the list system.
