www.pandora.com
Pandora is the best online internet radio I've EVER tried/heard about,
what you fo is you search for a genre(or a song/artist/band) and then you can listen to insane amounts of epic music.
I for example listen to dubstep, I search for "dubstep" and end up with a channel called "dubstep radio", then I listen to epic music, if there's a song I don't like I can easily hit the dislike button and then I'll never hear it again, if I'm tired of a song I can skip it, if I like a song I can hit the like button and hear it more often(and also hear songs from the same artist/and
other songs with simular style.
Those living outside the US read below!
The only bad thing about pandora is that you *have* to be in the US. You might be thinking right now: "eew that sucks" "But HEY, you're from europa right?" Thats right, I can listen to it, how you say? I'll tell you right now:
After about 10 songs they ask you to register, you need to write down a username, email, age and a us zip code, write down your usual stuff, for the zip code you'll have to write down a random zip code from us, just google "us zip code" or something, or simply go with 30002.
Sadly its not all, they usually do some random ip checks, so what "I" do is that I use a simple internet proxy that lets you proxy to whatever page you want to go into, here's the link:
http://tools.rosinstrument.com/cgi-proxy.htm
Now what you want to do is to type in(or copy n paste) www.pandora.com into the url bar and change the pcs from "any" to "us" The pcs settings is right below the "surf!" button. Ignore the other stuff and press "surf!"
Now you're ready to go!
Search for your music and listen to endless streams of the music YOU like!
When listening to dubstep I often come over tons of Bassnectar,
gotta say its epic and that @Brutalacerate would love pandora.
On the dubstep there's not much of these "new" and more random dupstep, ofc there is skrillex and flux pavilion comes on now and then, I heard nero yesterday several times. What I'm trying to say is that this is dubstep for Brutalassraping.
NOTICE: Firefox users(Meee) can also install an app thats named Stealthy, this app will create a fighter plane icon up in your right corner, red=off green=on. What it does is that it takes random ip's from random stuff(I havent looked too much into it, but it works great! But, after you install it be sure to click on the side(where the arrow is) and click on "configure" and there you will see "Select the kind of use:" Choose the middle one, the one that says "Used for access services than are only allowed from the U.S. (e.g. Pandora)".
*cough* Thats not my bad English, thats exacly what its saying *cough*.
May I also recommend some channels:
Dubstep
House
Trance
Drum & Bass
Heavy metal(metal fan? Awesome channel, metallica, ozzy, black sabbath, A7X, etc.
