Bug Paladin Strike not working correctly

After testing with our town paladin, strike which according to the /skills paladin menu in game is supposed to do 70 damage, and 36 bleed damage over 5 seconds for a total of 106 was only doing 88 damage total with no bleed.

I am a wizard, and was wearing no armor at the time if this helps/matters
