if you do /skills paladin i dont have Disarm but on the wiki its listed as a skill there so i went ingame and tested. and it works. not sure if the Ingame skill list is wrong or im bugged with the skill. thought id make a post!

disarm is the 2nd skill listed when you type /skills paladin. you have to scroll up in the chat sometimes to see all the skills.

It has not been removed as far as I know, try reloging. Sounds like a user error to me.
