So here's the bottom line. We're going to be upgrading a new server machine and putting it to closer host. We have seen several downages that could have been avoided had things gone correctly / fixed promptly.
We will be working on finding a respectable host near Dallas, TX and getting some server grade hardware components with a powerful CPU behind it.
Just giving you guy's a heads up, I'm working on a 'temp' machine right now to hold us over when we do make the transition on machines.
