I am new to both Minecraft and Herocraft so if I am incorrect please let me know... There are currently 4 'worlds' which we have access to:

Bastion - main map
Warshard - ??
Forgelight - ??
Hell - ??

My question is I understand there are different rules that apply on the different 'worlds' - I have seen remarks that Forgelight has the same rules as Warshard, but I cannot find these rules. Can someone clarify what the different rules are per world for us newbies ? Thank you

The rules are the same on all worlds with the exception of griefing:

Warshard and Forgelight: You can grief
Bastion: No griefing
Hell: That is the Nether and no one builds there, so not 100% sure but I think you can grief there.

Thats exactly what I wanted - so no point in building anything nice anywhere but Bastion. Thanks for the info.

Pretty much yes. Now, as a word of warning, people CAN break into your building in Bastion but there will be consequences if they do not fix what they have broken.

Basically in Bastion: You break it, you fix it

Griefing rules apply to the Nether, you just can't claim a town region (you may still use lwc's/personal regions). Griefing is allowed on the greylist worlds (Forgelight, Warshard) and not on the whitelist worlds (Bastion, Nether)

Danda and I were not sure, which is why I said that in my post.

Thanks for clearing it up.

Hmm.. so I can break into anyone's house, break the dirt blocks above their chests, take what I want, and it's legal as long as I replace the blocks?

Yeah, the wiki says no griefing in any world but warshard. So, unless you're in warshard, DON'T GRIEF!

I realize that as it was already stated. You can grief in Forgelight too. I was just curious about what Angyles said about being able to semi-grief as long as you replace the blocks.

Yes - However if you are in a official town you may not do this if you are planning to steal from a fellow town member or ally, or else you risk being banned.

Thanks for the info. And do you mean a town I'm a citizen of or any towns in general?

Just edited what I had said, I meant to say you cannot steal from a fellow town member or ally. Sorry for the confusion :p (and a town you are a citizen of)
