Suggestion On/Off for voting notifications

This is just to remind Kainzo to look into whether it can be done. (he actually told me to post this) But a brief summary: it sucks when you're trying to track/ read chat and get bombarded by someone voting in rapid succession. It's not the voters fault, heck I'm probably the #1 culprit, but being able to option whether these notifications are on or off would be swell.

I agree. There is absolutely no need for me to be notified when other people vote. It's fine if it's within the server, I just want the ability to turn it off.
