It says neb03 is a region but when you try to access it it says it's not. This is an old region btw.

P.S. I made a seperate thread for this post since it got drowned out in the other one.

Well all I know is that when subregions first came out, Jonsoon made some. Now, as of today any commands used to try to edit the old subregions, the command says they are not a region. All I can think of that caused this is that when everybody had to re-region their town.

Edit: Sorry I know this isn't really specific, but that is really all the info I can give.
