Bug Old Regions cant be removed

for a like 2 weeks there has been /pe's up asking to get old personal regions removed that are obstructing construction pahses in our new town.
Alator has tried to remove, but has not been successful.

The problem is that these are residences, not regions (work a bit differently). The residence plugin has no contingency to allow admins to have control of the residence... but I actually just thought of something I can try. I'll get back to you tomorrow.
