Not sure if whitelisted

KanJam49 accepted my whtielisted on january 2012 and im coming back to minecraft and I dont think i'm still whitelisted. I used to play herocraft when it very first opened as Greentooth12 but that was on my friends account so i got my own and got whitelisted as HaulzBallz too. is there any way to check?
