Bug Non-supporter Guides can have Residences?

Hi. I'm not sure if this is an intended feature or not (I asked in-game and Barn seemed to not know about it) but I'm a Guide, as you can see, but I haven't supported the server (I want to some time, though!) but I'm able to make a Residence.
Here's what I get when I do /res limits

And, I tested it and I was able to make a residence.

As I said, I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but I felt it'd be best to post about it here.
