No Warning???

I was recently banned, however would love to point out I was not ever given a warning...just a straight 3 day ban, which after heavy talks, was reduced to a 1 day ban, which has not lifted after 1 day. This has to be resolved in my opinion, can I be unbanned and set back to if this all had never happened, as I only deserved a warning. I did what Herocraft literally cries for, read the rules, I have, why have some admins not, it clearly states "

• First warning: Player receives a warning.
• Second warning: Player receives a 3-day suspension.
• Third warning: Player receives a 1-week suspension.
• Fourth warning: Player receives a 1-month suspension.
• Fifth warning: Player receives a permanent ban.

If I am wrong can someone please correct me!

We reserve the right to escalate any situation to any warning level, at any time.

Mods will escalate the issue to an admin, who will then 'okay' a skipping of warning levels.
