Bug No Veteran Title or Failure

It has come to my attention that I have been on HeroCraft for a year now with no bans (Whitelisted). While recently trying to PE my problem I was told to go here. I have not received the "Veteran" Title yet. Can an admin please check into this matter?

Also while being on a 29 death streak, the game told me that I received the title "Failure", which I am very proud of. If I need to present a screenshot I will but if it is not needed I would like an admin to look into this situation.

I'll also point out that it is Herocraft, not HeroCraft!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
