Whenever i try to create a soul altar i get the message saying i have no permission to create the Soulaltar. I am an enchanter.

Enchanter i think should have this skill listed, ill double check as well.
/to unlock soulaltar fixed it for me. I had no way of finding the command lol. I just kinda guessed. It's sort of obvious though. Sorry for any trouble my confusion may have caused.
Soul altar makes Enchanted books. Not Soul Grimoires. And it make 4 enchanted books per 10 soul dust. it should only make one
