Bug No items dropping on death-they disappear

Although I do not know exactly it is I know that it has happened when my clan members have died.

Pewpewpewlasers kills Bfitti -> Nothing dropped items destroyed
Bfitti kills Pew -> Same result

I was attacking Da_burg and he died to fall damage -> No items dropped

Every single person I've killed for the past few days haven't dropped anything.

Can confirm this bug.
When @PewPewPewLasers killed me none of my items items dropped. I also didn't retain them in my inventory.
Same affect when I killed Pew.

Can also confirm this bug. Killed friends because they were getting annoying and I wanted them to find a safe route from the graveyards to my place. No items dropped. :3
