No Channel?

I have been recently unmuted and found that im not in the tour channel like i was before, my chat
is grey and no channel name, can someone help me?

To change channels do /ch (channel name)

In the case of tour it would be /ch tour

You are not unmuted, so why are you saying you are? You are muted in Tour and since you are greylisted you cannot speak in any other channels ((Except private message, shout and local, and party chat)).

i just thought i was unmuted because usually being muted you cant speak at all, but in this case its just grey, im being unmuted in a month, its a little harsh but fine

Based on what you were linking? I think it is fair.

Granted you could look at it as advertising, which carries a ban. =]

Like I said you could look at it as advertising, though it would be a stretch since as you stated it is not another server, etc. The mute is fair based on what you were linking.
