The age thing is somewhat minor, the issue I have is the not being honest. Now looking at your application, you do understand that Herocraft is not a Tekkit server correct?

Alright

Although I am not sure if I TOTALLY believe you about the age issue, the ages are STILL over the age of requiremnt per COPPA. I will warn you however that if your friend is found on your account, your account would be banned. In addition any issues he causes on the account are your sole responsibility and the excuse of "My friend did it" is not valid in a ban appeal.
