A town mod called CivCraft has recently released its code to the public. It is hands down the best town plug-in I've played. A simplified version of this mod with heroes would be awesome.

The biggest flaws with the CivCraft plug-in are the grinding required for top tier pvp gear, the pvp system, and overall grindiness. Which heroes could replace. I've played this mod a lot before it was released, and heroes combined with it would be perfect.
There are many problems with this mod(ie. exploits etc), but the basics are great. A barebones version of this mod would be best.
