Oblivion Graphics Extender (OBGE) shaders:

Liquid Water (improves the look of water, i.e. smooth shoreline, better reflections and ripples, etc.)
Parallax occlusion mapping (makes textures appear 3D)
Godrays
Volumetric screen space ambient occlusion (darkens corners and crevasses. A type of shadowing)
Vignette (darkens corners of screen)
Depth of Field
Bleach bypass (reduces color saturation and increases contrast)
