New Skill Idea! - Mimic

A few days ago I thought of a new skill that could be applied to Thiefs or other classes. Well here's the stats of the skill:
Skill name: Mimic
Description: Copies the target's last skill. When you use it again right after the skill you last copied you would use that skill and it can only be used once. Then you have to use it again on someone else to copy a new skill.
Cooldown: 20 seconds(Would also be based on the skill thats copied)
Mana:25
Reagents: None

might be a lot over powered considering wizs have megabolt and stuff like that but it would be pretty cool and funny.

Needs some tweaks as n it's OP at te moment. But Druids should have this skill.

Agreed maybe the cooldown would be based on skills.

Agree think of layhands (heal to max health) with a 20 sec cooldown
And in sure theres way more OP skills to mimic.
