Suggestion New Rouge/Ninja skill (Pluck Arrow)

Back Story
I was thinking that the rouges needed a new skill. I was thinking and I thought of the muffle skill but realized someone already thought of it. Then I thought maybe there could be an anti-range skill that would help when needing to close the distance or fire back. If it seems over-powered for a Rouge it would seem a perfect skill for the ninja.​

Details
What the skill would do is basically make an arrow shield around the player. If an arrow hits the player it does, either reduced or no, damage and the arrow instantly goes into the players inventory, to be shot back or dealt with otherwise. This will not put skeleton arrows in your inventory though it will just block them.​
If this skill is given to rouge you would need to remove it if player chooses the path Ranger so that we don't have Rangers being best against themselves. Also not advised for Bards since that would make them near impossible to kill with arrows in my mind.​

It would just seem to make sense to buff the Rouges a bit but I do understand the that skill more perfectly suits a Ninja​
I need some Suggestions for a Possible Unlock Level​

If you think it is at all over-powered please leave a suggestion on how to make it balanced​
If this has been suggested before I am sorry for not looking through the forums to make sure it hasn't.​

You don't get the arrows from skeletons I have that stated at least 2 times
You gain arrows from PLAYER FIRED ones you just get reduced damage from Skeletons

Also leave a suggestion on how to balance it please

Edit- Also you get the arrow upon contact with you if your stamina is high enough
If it isn't then you take full damage with the skill doing nothing

Alright, i'll give you some non-sarcastic feedback.

If you want to make this into a pliable skill you should find some usefulness. Now if it's for the ninja class, they aren't really allowed that much defense. Not only that, but the skill you're suggesting is only endurance'd against rangers.

It seems like it's not really benefitting you enough to actually be worth the mana use."

If you wanted my opinion on how to better suit this skill, why not make the shield absorb a certain amount of damage (Keep in mind you still take damage) and then release that said amount of damage onto the attacking enemy. Maybe add a bit of reduced damage here and there.

One thing you should acknowledge when making suggestions is that you have to have a sense of balance. Having an invuln for only 20 mana is very overpowered.

Overall, good suggestion. I loved the format, keep it up. (Also, thank you for not raging at my idiotic first reply.)

So are you saying make it more return arrow damage as a counter rather than give the person the arrow to shoot?

*Also what should the mana cost bee then?

huh didn't know and 50 mana seems reasonable I mean I don't know the mechanics of it being a lvl 17 rouge

Rouges can use bows I know that I kinda figured but ohwell.

I'll edit it soon but not now kinda busy on MA

with that fact then I'll just change the mana cost since I really can only go by suggestions with that anyway
