Suggestion New Members should automatically be in Recruitment

When I am trying to recruit people for my town it really annoys me that when I go into the recruitment channel I am shown a list of experienced people who have been in a town for ages. This defeats the point of having the recruitment channel at all. I think that every person who joins the server should start in this channel to make things easier.
