Suggestion New Forums Rating?

I think it would be nice to have an "Intelligent" rating on the forums. Many people often make great points and respond will well written, intelligent posts, however the other ratings don't really recognize it.

I think with other suggestions like this, Kain has recommended finding a picture for whatever rating has been suggested.
