Bug New chat channel reset

I made a pe to receive a new chat channel for my town yesterday. @LordZelkova helped me and closed me pe. I changed the password, color and got all my townies in the chat channel. Today I log back in and the chat channel was reset and I lost mad status? Is this a bug or has it actually been reset?

Not sure why it got reset, however I gave back mod status.

I've seen it happen with the Valcral channel once. It was put back and worked fine after.

Honestly, with what (little) I know of the issue, all I can suggest is "keep doing it until it sticks".
...not that it's what you want to hear.

No problem lol. As long as it gets fixed eventually. I have LordZelkova living in my chat now for when it happens again.
