Bug Nether

I've noticed two issues concerning the nether:

1. Magma blocks don't give any exp

2. Items I have in my backpack don't transfer over to survival when I recall
(I've tried bringing back netherrack and netherbrick)

For #2, I made a pe about backpack transferring and Kenneth tp'd me so I could get my stuff.
