Need advice from a knowledgeable ranger...

I have several questions about some of the ranger skills.

Can you poison someone and set someone on fire with the respective arrow skills at the same time?

Do both poison and fire arrow do the same amount of damage and over the same period of time?

It seems like sometimes when an enemy target is set on fire, if I shoot at the same time as they get damaged by a fire tick, my arrow bounces off of them. Is this a glitch or lag?

Any answers would be appreciated.

Ranger was my first spec so I can pretty much answer these.

No you can't poison and do fire at the same time.

No they do not do the same amount of damage over a period of time.

After a person or a mob gets damaged, they go into an invincible state for a second so that's why an arrow bounce off.

Which one does more damage over time, and is fire a shorter or longer duration?
