Bug Necromancer-Hellgate

I went to the nether using hellgate(necromancer ability) with 3 others. One died, respawned in the real world. Another later used recall. There was 2 of us. The other person did not have recall. I used hell gate to teleport us back, only i was teleported and when i got back i still had my ender pearl. The other person was teleported to the nether spawn. He later used skill warp to get out.
