Bug Name binds on damage skills are back

Name binding damage skills is enabled at the moment. This has been disabled every map. @Kainzo
I'm surprised that I am the first one posting this on the forums considering multiple staff members found this out before I did. :}

We have done nothing to enable or disable this feature. Please describe this indepth and cite specific skills.

For example, if I bind "/skill smite xmjay" to f key, when i hit the f key it smites xmjay even if hes behind me.

As far as specific skills im unsure. This needs to be fixed asap.

I used this last map, are you sure it has only just been added back?

yes it was removed last map

pretty sure it was enabled at the beginning of last map and disabled at the end
