Name binding skills refers to binding skills to people! :O who would have thought. anyway....
An example of this can be taken from a few fights in the past couple days. I am just running into the fight like normal trying to do some normal pvp things until i get beguiled. Well, ok I expect to get beguiled if I am in front of my group. I can get my aoes off etc etc before crouching and blocking my sword, so I don't get moved to far out of the fight. Once the beguile runs out I trot back in like normal. And get beguiled again. Hmm i wasn't staring a beguiler in the face. These guys must be really coordinated to be able to beguile me that quickly. Well i come back again. By this time people are low so I have to layhands somebody. I start running towards him and get beguiled. Wow, these guys are flawless. Luckily, I was beguiled towards my teammate so I was able to layhands before flying off in another direction. While I am being perfectly beguiled, these beguilers are also able to keep our cleric constantly piggified. Amazing.
Long story short......
With name binds to skills OTHER THAN HEALS.(YES, YOU CAN NAME BIND ALL TARGETED SKILLS. I made this big and red in case you miss it.) Players can run around spamming /skill beguile xmjay or /skill piggify irishman81 to instantly apply the skill as long as there is no blocks obscuring their line of sight and the target is within range of the skill. This works for all targeted skills. 5 dks can /skill harmtouch xmjay and insta kill me while spinning in circles and looking at the sky. In a large 10v10 casters can purely focus on kiting while still dealing damage to whoever they are focusing. Classes with targeted CC can keep players locked up with minimal effort. The only requirement is that you are within range of the player. Even if 5 people are between the caster and the target it can still land.
All of this should be painfully obvious and idk why it is not patched as it wasn't like this in the previous two maps.
