Bug Name Binding Combat Skills

Its a known bug yes.

All damage skills can be name bound, such as /skill bolt <name> then you don't even look at them and you can bolt them. It needs to be removed already.

Is it possible to do this without affecting Heals/not damage skills?
If so why hasn't it been done? It's something everyone agrees needs to get fixed.

Not being able to name bind damage skills but still name bind healing skills was a thing before this map.. it broke on release.

Nona just bind all your damage skills to someone's name and make bloodmage the best focusing class in teamfights
