Bug My Rune skills aren't working(RUNEBLADE)

As of 3:00 PM , September 17, my toxic rune and void rune skills do not apply. The message still shows, and my mana goes down, but when I hit an enemy, the effects don't apply. The skills usually have a message that says what runes I have on my sword after I use them, but that is gone. Please look into this, for I am trying not to have to change classes.
