My 2 chests didn't place when I died!

I had 2 chests in my inventory, and then Vidal_B killed me, and my stuff just dropped! Wth happened?!

I've had that happen before also, except a single chest was placed and the other was placed inside of it. Weird.

First off, if you are not on solid ground when you die your deathchest will not drop. Furthermore, only T5(?)+ will drop a doublechest on death.
