Your story: I'm not in "O" chat much to begin with and when I asked in "Help" chat, nobody would give me an answer. I asked SonOfAGunner and he said to petition it or appeal it on the forums. He said one of the Mods or Admins must have assumed I was annoying someone but I was only in "O" chat for a matter of minutes.
