Reason you should be accepted: After watching my friend Ipaneema play at his house I saw how many of the cities can be confusing for new players so I wanted to help him make a city that would be extremely friendly to brand new players. I know the rules posted on the wiki almost by heart and i know most of the cities rules because I've played before. I want to make it easier for new players like myself.
