Suggestion Moving Boats

I don't even know if it is possible, but moving boats or block structures?

I'm thinking like pirate ships moving around on the seas. Could be pretty legendary.

Sadly, plugins like this are usually very laggy and resource intensive.

On another server I was on, there was a plugin that simply moved a small glass square under your feet while you moved. One time it broke and players using it left trails of glass blocks everywhere.
