Suggestion Mount Pet Plugin

@Kainzo This lets you grant mounts through a similar pet system to what we have now, and just like our pet system, I believe it has the tools to easily Dismount upon entering PvP, without any of the hitbox glitches we have today.

I don't usually suggest specific plugins but I have seen this plugin work much better for Mounts than the current implementation which is full of glitches.

It's bulky and doesn't mesh with Heroes. It was on test for a few weeks. I reported the errors when placed into test and the dev stated it was our fault that his plugin was throwing errors... heh
