Bug Money Missing from Town Bank

There was just over 200c in the Braavos Town Bank a day or two ago. There is now 0c, yet no coin could have or would have been withdrawn since it is below the weekly tax amount, and it still isn't even due.

If there was a missed tax date, I zero'd out the balance and removed the missed tax.
