Your story: i was absolutely getting no help on this server trying to find out how to get to the ruins and they told me to go to the nexus witch i did then they said there was a portal labeled ruins i said i couldn't find it they then called me dumb asses and called me blind then i said wynncraft is so much better naming a server but not advertising i did not mention no ip and i said it once they then started yelling at me and then he banned me

People were trying to help you. Instead of listening to them you repeated over and over that the server was terrible. I'm not sure if I'm included in your summery of the situation but never did I insult you nor did I yell at you. If you had read our rules you'd know we have no tolerance for this kind of thing.
