Missing Titles

I tried checking my titles, and it says I only have the [Proctor] title, which doesn't make sense considering that i'm no longer a Proctor.

Also, when I switched to the Proctor title to check it out it worked. When I tried to switch back to the [Veteran] title, it said I no longer have that either. What happened? :O

I should have the following:

[Crafter]
[Caster]
[Veteran]

Has this happened to anyone else? Was I punished for some reason, or what?

It is odd as you should not have the Proctor title anymore. It is probably an issue with in game perms.
